I sat down with Stuart Willson on his podcast Just Curious this week and we spent 30 minutes talking about how non-technical business leaders can actually implement AI without hiring expensive dev shops or feeling overwhelmed.

It’s the most honest conversation I’ve had publicly about how I work. Including the part where I admitted that when I started consulting, I had no idea what to charge clients so I just asked Claude to benchmark it for me.
